Pulse Arts TV is a new side project by Clinten Muscat (producer)  and Garth Walker (Director).

Pulse produces a program that benefits local artists, promotes their work and reveals supporting arts-based networks, in both literary and visual arts. Think “food lover’s guide” meets “Getaway” for artists and those interested in the South Australian Arts and cultural landscape. 

Series one has finished shooting and development on series two is currently underway.
